Unconditional Love

There is nothing more unconditional than the love a parent feels for their child, or a child for a parent.
We can deal with their smelly little bottoms, and their yucky runny noses. Clean after them after they bring up what they ate yesterday due to them been unwell. Kiss their little lips no matter what they’ve eaten, as they kiss us whether we’ve brushed our teeth or not.
With sincerity they tell you that you are beautiful, even though your face is covered in black from the eyeliner you smudged late last night. We can put them in their place for been cheeky and still pick them up, and remind them that we love them, the same way they can fight with us one second and then cuddle in our arms for that added sense of protection.
Unconditional Love, nothing is more rewarding!
